My friends face this problem, so I think it's good to note it here.

Just add "i8042.reset" to /boot/grub/menu.lst

For example,

kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.28-13-generic root=UUID=45c7e398-1ba6-4315-81cc-4ec620618efa ro quiet splash i8042.reset
