download/7/4/9/749eef31-7d91-4558-88e3-7bfe92c212fc/WindowsXP-KB884020-x86-enu.exe )
After I installed that and try to run again Secure Application Manager on the tray gives me something.
There is an wfica32.exe application running, but it can send only 2843 Bytes and it failed with another error.
I try to delete MSLicensing registry following suggestion here, but it doesn't help in my case.
After I uninstalled CitrixReceiver.exe and install Ica32Web.msi instead, it give the error number 2320 below.

I follow recommendation here by edit the registry. That article said ClientHostedApps is at HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Lockdown Profiles\All Regions\Lockdown\Virtual Channels\Control,
but for my computer the path is at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Citrix/ICA Client/Engine/Lockdown Profiles/All regions/Lockdown/Virtual Channels/Control.
I just add String named ClientHostedApps with * value into it. (see picture below)
Finally, it works !!! Yeah.
