Note that the following steps can also adapt to any OS in VM.
1. Installed Guest Additions... using method here.
2. go to,
Devices > Shared Folders...
put <folder path> and <folder name>
3. go to windows 7 in VM.
execute
net use x: \\vboxsvr\<folder name in step 2>
